Support groups can play a vital role in dealing with IC, however many only exist in large cities. If you would like to start one in your area, this is a great place to look for other people to help foster it. This is also the place to talk about IC awareness and late breaking IC news in the world around us.

ICers often deal with other related medical conditions in conjunction with their IC such as IBS, vulvodynia, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, lupus, asthma, arthritis, Sjorgrens Syndrome, migraine headaches, and many others. This is the spot to talk about all of them, as well as symptoms that you may not have a formal diagnosis for yet.

There are many form of non-invasive treatment available for IC including pelvic floor therapies, T.E.N.S., biofeedback, yoga, homeopathy, or other alternative therapies. This is the place to talk about them all, as well as alternative ideas that you may have discovered yourself.

Some swear by it, others disregard it completely, yet either way the IC diet should not be ignored. For many eliminating certain foods proves a fantastic tool for controlling symptoms like flares and painful urination.
This is also the spot to discuss eating for IC and overlapping conditions like IBS and Vulvodynia
